慈善經濟主義新論

國家大型社會企業設立與社會企業國家生態園區規劃，可形成社會企業聚落，建立多數利他社會使命企業單位與社會公民、逐漸取代自利企業單位，上市大型自利性商業企業單位須提高CSR資源配置比例，未到標準者增加營業稅賦比例，全球唯有建全社會企業建立制度與規模，全球幸福指標指日可待！

慈善經濟主義價值理念強調，一國政府如何以相對比例國家預算資源配置於利他總體經濟政策與自利總體經濟政策平衡發展，降低.分散.隔離資本主義總體經濟行為對生存條件影響，對自利資本主義只追求經濟成長，抵換（trade off）人類於地球生存條件，甚至趨近於毀滅人類。
