何謂企業全球責任(CGR),就是地球只有一個,地球氣候變遷,形成地球生態變化,人類未來無法生存,因此企業責任是以區域性或國家性狹義定義,企業全球責任CGR定義是廣義的,任何環境破壞,立即與全球生態密切關係,地球大自然生態是關聯在一起的,因人類欲望無窮,資源有限,自利最大化形成資本企業,百年年累積無限生態浩劫,例如北極 冰山溶化,海水溫度提高,溫疫猖獗,大西洋風大而狂,亞洲的颱風多而強,美國龍捲風多而狠…不勝枚舉,主要因素是一,二百年資本主義出了大問題!
