大部份的疼痛及喜悅感受皆來自於我們的思維 若是精神上不快樂 即使身體安逸舒適仍無法感到愉快 所以精神上的痛苦應由正面的思維去治癒 就像是對他人更慈悲 然後減少自我煩惱及悲傷的情緒 因為所有的疼痛感皆來自於負面情緒 諸如生氣 嫉妒等等⋯⋯ 正面的思維是負面思維的解毒劑 盡所能的使正面思維增長 可使心靈得到寧靜與解脫

Most of pain and pleasure are creation by our own thoughts.So only physical comfort can not give pleasure if mental is not happy.So mentally pain should cure by positive mental state, like if more compassion to others. Than less worry and sadness to oneself.
Because all pains are creat by negative emotions such as anger, jealousy and so on. So positive thoughts are antidote of negative thoughts. So how much we can develop our positive thoughts than we get peace and liberation in mind.
